Tidbit: If you're eating at a restaurant, many dietitians recommend cutting the meal in half and asking for a "to-go" box straight from the beginning of the meal. This way your portions are controlled, you don't eat once you're really full, and you have lunch for the next day. It's a win-win-win (thank you Michael).

1 chicken bouillon cube
